We offer international shipping for most of our products.

Available product lines, shipping fees, and additional charges may vary depending on the delivery country and address.

Through an exclusive contract with DHL Express, we provide expedited shipping services at specially discounted rates.

• Free shipping is available for orders over $200USD.
• For orders under $200USD, DHL Express shipping fees will be charged based on region and weight.

Shipping times depend on the postal service, destination country’s postal service, and customs clearance procedures. If customs clearance is required, delivery may be delayed beyond the standard timeframe.

 

International Shipping

We ship products from South Korea. For purchases made from outside South Korea (e.g., the United States or Canada), customs duties may apply.
Please be aware of any additional costs that may arise to release your goods.

If a package is refused due to customs fees, refunds will not be provided.

 

Shipping & Handling Time / Estimated Delivery Time

• Handling Time: Most products are shipped within 1-3 business days. If shipping cannot be completed within 3 business days, we will notify you immediately of the shipping status.
• Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on the region, but most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days.

 

If there is a severe weather condition, the shipping & delivery time could be varied depending on the status of the weather condition.
