Refund policy

• All returns (including refunds and exchanges) must be initiated within 15 days of receipt.

• If a return is initiated after 15 days of receipt, refunds will not be provided, and the item will either be returned to the buyer or donated to charity.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

• Return shipping fees, except for incorrect items, defective products, or items eligible for free returns in certain regions, are the responsibility of the buyer.

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, or an incorrect product, please inspect your order and contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

• Before returning any item, you must contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

• Returns without an RMA number or the return receipt may experience delays in processing refunds or exchanges.

• The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your existing item and place a new order once the return is approved.

• For returns due to "Address Error," "Unclaimed," "Undeliverable," or "Refused Delivery," shipping fees for expedited or express shipping are non-refundable.

• If a free shipping item is returned due to "Address Error," "Unclaimed," "Undeliverable," or "Refused Delivery," a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

• Returns, including refunds and exchanges, are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Khalhon' reserves the right to limit the number of returns.

• Purchases paid for partially or fully with gift cards or eGift cards are non-refundable.

• If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit equivalent to the return amount will be provided.

• Promotional discount items, free gifts, or certain health and personal care products are non-returnable.
